Welcome to Lao Land Lease and Concession Inventory Information System

The Lao Land Lease and Concession Information System (LCIS) is an internal database system of the Government of the Lao PDR supporting the integration, management and sharing of data and information from and among all relevant sectors across administrative levels.

This system can be accessible through the VPN network of the Department of Land (DoL) of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MoNRE).
